APN Settings in Quickstart mode

We have an APN at our company and we have been issued with the modems - K4201-Z. 

I am running the latest VMB software on my machine - 10.3.405

The APN settings is configred in Standard mode in the software.

When I connect the new modem it automatically go to Quickstart mode.

In Quickstart mode I can find the option to configure our APN Settings.

Is there a way to disable Quickstart mode or where should I go to configure our APN.

Hi jvanren and welcome to the eForum,

You just need to click:

Connection>Then change the ‘Account type’ to, ‘Custom’>

From here you’ll then be able to set up your custom APN.

Thanks, got it working.

What confused me was that it was looking for a IPv4 Number.

I just entered 0 and obviously our APN number and it worked.
