Billing on 3G Dongle

I have a real problem with my data dongle bill. I only use this at home and recently the signal at home has been pretty unusable. This was reported to Vod yet the bill is incredibly big this period. You can see from the bill she. The 5gig is used but there are some days when data is registered with no cost. Why? Also, with the local system playing up, am I being charged for data I never used? I cannot believe the amount shown has been used. Can you look into this please as I am very concerned I am being over charged. Thanks
