I can not acces the internet on my laptop.
I can not connect to Vodafone mobile broadbrand.
When I try to connect it starts, the installing bar moves part of the way and then it stops about half way.
It displays an error message which states 'Mobile connection not possible'.
At the bottom of the message it states 'contact suppport' and displays 'support information RAS error code 631'.
Please investigate, advise and assist.
Thank you.

Thanks. However I cannot take my laptop into Wetherspoons as it needs a power supply.
The battery in my laptop is dead so I can only use the mains power.
So I need to connect to a mains power point.
Also it is an old large bulky heavy laptop so it is not easy to carry anywhere.

Don't know.
I suggest you raise a formal query with Vodafone rather than try and sort it out on the forum when clearly no one from Vodafone is looking at this particular topic.

I put £10 on my dongle on advice from sales advisor when I tried to upgrade the software for my dongle.
I still cannot access the internet as my dongle will not connect so the £10 I put on has expired.
I have tried to upgrade the software for my dongle.
My laptop has a dead battery so I have to connect to a mains power supply powerpoint.
My laptop is an old heavy bulky laptop running Windows XP.
Please investigate, advise and assist.
Thanks.
