Here we go again, straight to the point, the mobile broadband service in Glasgow city center is nothing short of pathetic and as far as im concerned vodafone are basically stealing my money as nothing has been done about the service and everyone deny's there is a problem, well i can tell you now my contract is up in 2 months and i will be ensuring no one buys this pathetic product again!!

I've tried to look up the postcode in your profile but it won't load on our systems or in Google Maps, can you confirm the postcode of where you're experiencing this issue please? Also, it might be worth checking our Faults Board for any reported issues in your area.

Once I know the exact area where you're experiencing this issue, I'll be able to investigate further.

are you trying to be funny? this garbage hasnt worked properly for at least 6 months, i live right in the city center and according to your maps i live next door to a signal booster, and as far as the faults board goes, i have been told by every single vodafone employee that there are no faults, therefore you have broken the service agreement i signed up for and am therefore due a full refund!!
