Can somebody from Vodafone please confirm how much of the UK network is now upgraded to the higher speeds of up to 7.2mb and HSUPA uplink as I am thinking of upgrading a couple of my data dongles for the recent ones that support the higher speed as mine only do upto 3.6mb but if hardly any of the UK base stations have been upgraded to support the higher speed it may not be worth it

Hello Uno and thanks for posting
The 3.6Mb and 7.2Mb speeds will always depend on network overage in a specific area and accessibility to sites pushing out that signal, as such you are quite right to enquire about network coverage in general.
I would advise taking a look at our online Coverage Mapand analysing the current UK 3G coverage.
Thanks
Reidar

Thanks Reidar but the coverage map only shows where you have got coverage and not where is 7.2/HSUPA enabled which is what i require as there is no point in upgrading to newer modem if only few sites are enabled for the higher speed
