Help / Error connecting K3806-Z internet key

Hi There,

 

I got a internet key from vodafone shop at Milan, IT two days ago. The first time when i installed the internet key it was fine until i plugged it out minutes later and re-plugged it in. Then it didn't work anymore. I tried uninstalling and re-installing dozen times but it still couldnt work at all. i tried configuring some settings and it didnt work too. And it seems like right not it has multiple K3806-Z connection in the network window. what should i do??? pleae help!

Welcome to the Vodafone UK eForum from all of the team.

 

From what you have said in your post it does look like the dongle has installed ok however the issue could be a connection problem with your SIM.

 

Can you confirm if it is a UK SIM or an Italian SIM?

 

If it is an Italian SIM then you would need to contact the local service provider to check everything for you.

 

If this is a UK SIM can you confirm if the Dongle is unlocked or not?
