Hi Vodaone,

You don’t need to worry as you can request for you modem to be unlocked by using the online Network Unlock Code request form.

Simply fill in this form and our NUC team will be able to get this all sorted for you.

I would like to unlock a K3760 dongle too, but only have a, now defunct, 3G SIM with long SIM number, no idea of the phone number or IMEI.

Please advise if I can get this unlocked.

Hi moush,

That's not a problem.

You'll need an active SIM card which you can pick up from any of our stores. You then simply need to fill in the Unlock Request Form once you've registered the SIM
