Hi

I'm trying to get my dongle to work with my mac. It works with my windows xp netbook but when I try to connect it tells me it cannot open network connection and check my settings. It is set to pre pay and the password and username are both web and require authentication is ticked and request authentication is unticked. I have uninstalled and re installed the software and the modem is blinking a nice blue light so is recognising the 3G connection. Any suggestions?

It's possible this is down to the version of the software you're using - what is supported by the Windows notebook may not work with a Mac.

Try again with the latest version of the software for the Mac, supporting right up to Snow Leopard.

You'll also find on our website some information pertaining to using VMC with Snow Leopard here and support for individual dongles and devices via the left hand menu on the same page, including current and previous software.

If you're still having issues, can you confirm which Mac OS you're using and if you get any specific error code?
