I get error for install USB Modem for 1st time [ Windows XP ]

While i installed Vodafone software for 1st time , i got this error [ i used Windows XP ]

 

C:\Program Files\Vodafone\Vodafone Mobile Connect\Opco\00000 default\00000.XML

- what dongle are you using?

- what version of software do you have?

 

(there was a thread on the old forum about this a while back but I can't seem to find it now. The above should at least give the mods a starter point to work from)

this is not same like my problem , also i trieo search in services media center i didn't find

Hi Lazybones,

 

I must admit that this is a strange one however the issue could be a couple of things, firstly have you tried uninstalling the device from the computer and then reinstalling the device using a different USB port?

 

Have you tried a different computer?

 

When does the error occur?

 

Do you get the status bar on installation?

 

Have you tried a different version of Vodafone Mobile Connect software (VMC 10.0.201) from our business site?

 

If you can let us know we will be able to follow this up for you.
