I think I made a boo-boo when topping-up my mobile broadband

I bought a £20 voucher today to top-up with.  When I accessed my account and went to convert the credit to a datapack I saw the '4gb for £15' option and though 'that sounds better value than my usual 3gb for £20' so I clicked on that.  The option didn't seem to work though and gave my £15 back, so I tried to purchase the usual 3gb only to get a 'error - spending limit reached' message. (see image below).

So, either the 4gb option shouldn't have been there (it's too tempting!) if it's not suitable, or are vodafone deliberately confusing?

To vodafone - Don't ask me to 'reply to e-mails to sort it' because as I have no internet credit I can't see my e-mails!!

I have a K3570-Z dongle by the way, in case that helps.

All sorted.  I tried it again and it took the credit this time. :Smiling:

Hi secretname,

Thanks for the update and letting us know you’re now sorted.

Thanks,
