I want to purchase an internet dongle to use on my Mac laptop in Portugal for a couple of weeks. Can I use it abroad on PAYG or do I need to take out a contract?

Hi sofuse,
Thanks for your post here.
I'm afraid our Pay as you go dongles will not work abroad. You'll need to take out a pay monthly agreement to use one of them abroad.
Head over here to find out more regarding the range that we do :-
The 30 day and 18 month plans are the ones you'll need.
Thanks

Thanks for you reply, Wayne.
I know there is a Vodafone store near where I'll be staying in Portugal. Would it be easier and cheaper if I puchased a PAYG dongle when I'm there?

Hi sofuse,
Thanks for your reply. If you know where a Vodafone Store is near to where you're staying, then it's definitely worth purchasing a PAYG modem there as you'll be paying the standard rate for Portugal instead of the international rate for the UK. Details can be found here: Vodafone Portugal PAYG Modem.
