K3806-Z Error 1152

Hi,

 

I have a problem with my Mobile Broadband.

 

When I installing Vodafone Mobile Broadband Lite, I get the error: 1152: error when extracting C:\Docume...\Frances...\Impost....\Temp\....

the temporary location.

 

Help meeeeeeeeeeeee.

 

I Alredy installed Windows Installer 4.5 Redistributable.

That's an extract error from windows, and that'll be caused by: 1 - your account does not have sufficient permission to install the software. 2 - the disk drive is full (or if your account has a quota, you reached it) 3 - you do not have permission to write to the location specificed. 4 - the installation file is corrupt. You'll have to help yourself with the top 3 but if the files corrupt you can download a fresh copy from. http://www.business.vodafone.com/site/bus/public/enuk/support/10_productsupport/laptop_connectivity/...

RupertThe Fridge is spot on. This is an error with Windows install, not an error with the dongle.

 

Have you had a try of his suggestions?

 

It’s likely to be one of these that’s causing you this issue, so I’d suggest you give them a try.
