Keep getting top up page

When connecting to PAYG mobile broadband device (r212), I keep getting the top up page prompt despite having plenty of data available to use (having topped up recently and checked myvodafone account). Have checked device settings and have searched this forum and seen this is a common problem for PAYG users.

How do we fix it?

This normally happens if you need to buy a data pack. When you topped up, did you purchase a data pack? 

 

If not, you'll need to do this (using the credit you've already got).
