MiFi missing Sim

Hello Vodafone,

Just ordered and received a R206 MiFi mobile WiFi device and it was supposed to contain a sim with 2Gig data on it. However, there was no sim in the box. The delivery note mentions a SIM: 89441000 ----etc and the description 'MIFI STND SIM IN-BOX PACK 2GB' so I am assuming it was supposed to contain one?

Tried calling 191 but there is no option on the menu regarding this particular issue.

Any advice please?
