Mobile broadband- can connect to internet, but mobile broadband will not load

I can connect to the internet via the internet access on the bottom of my windows toolbar....but sometimes the Mobile Broadband program itself will not load, which means I can't check usage etc... it should come up automatically when Windows loads, but sometimes it won't work and I get the following error:

Service not found!
Make sure that the Service with service name "VmbService" is running before starting Vodafone Mobile Broadband.

But it is connected as i can see the device on My computer...and obviously i can connect to the internet.

Don't know why it decides not to work. Just need to be able to keep an eye on usage.

Hi. There's a couple of suggestions on the Vodafone online troubleshooter that are worth trying (select the Mobile Broadband option).
