Mobile broadband dongle usage and bill unavailable

Hi,

Last week I received a mobile broadband mifi device and everything works apart from viewing my bill and usage.

When I log in to my online account it says 'error, please try again later' or 'information unavailable' . I have phoned the call centre and they have tried to fix it but with no joy. I have no idea how to access how much I have used of my data allowance.

I use the mifi on my ipad so I downloaded the usage app but that doesn't work either, it never gives my total usage, only the usage of the session.

Has anyone else got this problem or a solution?
