1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service? no

3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone? yes

 

4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs? no 4G

 

5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all? only 4G

    

6) When did you first notice this issue? over 2 months ago 

 

7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs? permanent

Hi,

 

 

If I may ask a few questions...

 

  • Do you not get 4G anywhere you go ?
  • Are you in a 4G area Check via Here.
  • Which phone are you using. 
  • Have you just joined Vodafone via Porting in or new Contract.
  • Your Account can be checked by speaking with Customer service.
  • If necessary a Vodafone Highstreet Store can replace your sim.
  • Is 4G definitely turned on in your phones settings.
  • Can you connect to Vodafone Mobile Data Network via 3G Ok.
