Hi all,

I am quite a newbie with computers and i was wondering if i could have any tips to make it work.

I have a prepaid vodafone usb modem stick Huawei K3765. I bought it 2 months ago. Everything has been working very good so far until last weekend.

The problem:

When I put the stick, everything looks good, the device gets detected and when i want to get it connected, it shows "connected". However, when i try to use it, i cannot surf, i cannot do anything. I have still credit as I top up end of october and it is valid for one month unlimited.

What would be the problem?

Firstly welcome to the Vodafone eForum.

Mmmm. Strange this.

As far as I am aware we do not do an unlimited PAYG or Contract dongle. The best PAYG offering we do is £15 top up, which gives 3GB of usage for 30 days. If you use the 3Gb allowance, the symptons would be as you have stated, alls well, but unable to surf.

I'd advise you check your usage and see if you have used your 3Gb allowance, as this seems to be the most likely scenario.
