Vodafone USB Stick k3770

i had a new Vodafone USB Stick k3770 and i have a laptop HP with win 7 64 bit, i installed the software and when i insert the USB the connect button is disabled ( I can't click it ), i tried hard to fix it but still stuck at that problem. I tried to change all the USB ports and re-installing the software but useless for like 10 days. please help me. thanks in advance.

What version of the software are you using? I would suggest downloading 10.2 which does fix some bugs with your model of modem.

If you right click on your network connection icon on the bottom right hand side of your task bar, you should be able to select Vodafone mobile broadband and this should connect without the Vodafone dashboard. What error message do you receive?
