Vodafone help ? YOu have to be joking.

I posted on this forum that I was having problems accessing features on the website.

DId I get any reposnse here - NO !

I send an enail to Vodafone and got a reply saying they had received it and would get a response withinn 24 hours.

DId I ? - NO !!!

I tried to speak to someone on the phone 3 times and got the message saying that they were very busy.

DId I get a  resomse ? NO !!!! (Even though I waited 15 minutes the last time).

I went to the Vodafone shop oin Orpington high streeet (where I live).

Did I get a response ? - NO !! The shop has closed dowm.

I can't wait for the end of my contract so I can change to a different supplier.

Customer service ? WHAT A JOKE !!!

We are very busy on the eForum and it's not been possible to answer the questions we have been getting at the times we're used to.

I've taken a look at your first thread and you did state on there that the service was working again, so that's why there was no response made on there.

If you are still having issues, however, just reply back to the email I've sent to you and we'll be happy to look into these matters for you.
