Re: installation challenge

Hi Sunnyboy,

To be honest with you the first thing that we need to try is to make sure it is the latest version of VMC (Vodafone Mobile Connect) V10 that we are trying to download.

To download the latest software;

    Go to www.vodafone.co.uk/vmc

-          Click on “Latest Mobile Broadband Software”

-          Click on “Installing Mobile Broadband software”

-          Click on “How do I get the latest version of Vodafone Mobile Broadband Software?”

-          Click on “Click to install v.10 for PC”

-          When prompted, select “Run”

When you have done this, does it install or do you have the same installation issue?

If you can let us know how you get on we will be able to investigate this further for you.

Aaamrit,

I must admit that I am a little confused by your post and what your issue is, please could you verify what issue you are having?

Also the numbers you have given don't appear to be a Vodafone UK number, are you a customer of a different countries Vodafone?

If you are not a vodafone UK I would recommend speaking to your own service provider directly as they would be able to help you further.
