Having purchased my dongle as a backup to adsl. When my adsl dropped out last night i tried my dongle and just kept getting ras error 613. I can login to the account online and credit is ok. I can also send a txt to the dongle and it recieves it though cannot send any?

Cant see the point of having dongle for a backup if the backup doesn't work .

RASS613   odd not seen that one in a very long time

 It usually implies that settings on the PC are not set correctly. 

What version of Windows are you using?

I suggest also making sure you have updated windows correctly as some missing components can cause this error.
