removing security content on mobile internet help pleaseeeee

Hi
I' have been trying to remove content control - I can't do it through my device as I just get the message not currently available - and when I go to the 'remove content control issues' thread I also get an error message.
any help would be great

I wish Vodafone would mend that page or change the wording!!!
You have 3 options, either -
- Go into Vodafone shop with good age ID or
- in the online "My Account " where you tried the change and register a credit card for online top-up or
- Call 191 and have them remove it (they will probably charge £1 to your credit card).
Any of those will fix it.
