Cancelling mobile broadband

I am cancelling my mobile broadband. After attempting to cancel it in the store, and on the phone, they can't find my account details.I cannot find an active email address to tell you officially in writing.  Unfortunately having moved I no longer have the dongle or therefore access to my online account, and despite using my name, date of birth and old addresses the helpline people could not find me or my account. However, vodafone is still taking money from my account each month. I have not used the dongle in a very long time (which would be seen from the account if you could find it).

Therefore, having tried very hard to cancel the account with you, I have cancelled my direct debit.Please get in touch if you require any further information

We recommend you don’t cancel your Direct Debit as this can affect your credit file.
