Dongle screen not updating with new monthly allowance

Hi

 

My online account shows 0.2GB used so far as the new allowance for the month was reset on 5 April. However, on my dongle's screen it is still accumulating on last month's allowance - it hasn't been reset for the new month and it is currently saying 7.1GB used. Is there a reason for this?

Hi @itisjim

 

On your dashboard it should allow you to reset your usage.

 

It usually resets itself each calendar month.

 

You can also monitor your usage via your My Vodafone account.

In the end I typed in the link at the back of the device and clicked on volume and 'reset' it. Seems to have worked
