Duplicate iphone4 mini sim for iPad

Hi guys,

Is it possible to get a sim duplicated with the same number etc, on it? The reason I ask is I travel a lot to Jersey and have a Jersey sim as well. Ideally I want to use a dual sim phone to have both numbers active all the time. The issue with Dual Sim phones is that there is not a 4G version yet.

I was hoping to use a dual sim phone with both my Jersey and Vodafone UK sim in it for calls and texts. And when in the UK use a dongle with a clone of my Vodafone UK sim for 4G internet so I do not need to keep taking the sim out of the Dual Sim 3G phone.

Is this possible at all?
