My 3 months data test ended 3 days ago and I was told someone would contact me to discuss further options as I use quite a lot of Internet and need more then 10gb which is on my contract. I spoke to someone on live chat and all they could offer was 2gb extra for £10. Which seems a bit excessive as that 2gb wouldn't even last a day. I was just wondering, as a loyal customer for many years, if there is anything that you could offer me that's better then only 2gb? I understand the plan I'm on now is a very good deal and I don't mind paying a little extra but not £10 for 2gb. I would appreciate any help you could give me as I really don't wish to leave Vodafone as you've always been good to me. Thank You. Natalie x
