MiFi E5220

I took possession of a MiFi E5220 yesterday,   Charged it up, and connected it to my phone all successfully.   However the connection on the phone is looking for a username and password but there does not appear to be anyway of registering it.   Does anyone have any ideas???

You’ll need to speak with the original owner, to ask them to deactivate their details from it.

Thanks Gemma. The mifi was ordered and delivered on Tuesday from Vodafone. Brand new and sealed box so no-one has ever had it. Any suggestions?

Hi @girvancaravan 

The username and default password should be in the box contents or attached to the reverse of the E5220.

If it's on a Pay as you go plan, you'll also need to activate the SIM for use.
