That's a bit confusing.
we do currently have a case raised against our mobile internet as we do have some issues which may pertain to your current situation in this area, the case reference for this is: HD1510027 and all updates relating to this issue can be found in this

I have just checked the local cell in that site. as there isn't very good coverage on that postcode I suspect this might be the reason as the cell (496) is working fine but is looking a bit busy.
