Mobile broadband topup not showing as credit

Hi

 

I've just topped up my mobile broadband credit as the 2GB that came with it was close to running out. I did this using the mobile number of my mobile broadband account before I had registered it with Vodafone.

 

It said that it could take up to 10 minutes to show as credit but 2 hours later and it is not showing. Am very worried not that my 2GB will run out before I am able to sort this out!

So, I spoke to Customer Services who said they couldn't find a record of the £10 topup despite my credit card being charged,

 

I then topped up another £10 which is showing as having beentaken from my bank account - surprise surprise it's not showing on my account. 

 

SOrt this out Vodafone, this is appalling service.

I did that and was told last week that the payment hadn't gone through on my account.

 

My allowance ran out last night and a new one began so payment clearly was taken from my account. I have now paid 2 lots of £10 where this was not needed and I was told that the first payment had not gone through.


Are you going to refund this to to me?
