My PAYG dongle is causing a driver_power_state_failure on my Windows 8.1.

Please could someone let me know if you have had this problem and how this can be rectified. I am guessing I may have to download different drivers but surely with a relatively new computer and new dongle, that should not be the case.

Hi @awestall,

This is an issue that you'll need to discuss with the manufacturer of your computer. We don't have any reference for what would be causing this issue, they'll be better placed to advise.

Thanks,

Matt B

I'm having the same problem with my laptop.  It is a Samsung ATIV Book 9 Lite, what's yours?

Hi

A better question would be ... what dongle are you using ?.

Vodafone Mobile software doesn't seem to have the correct drivers for ZTE dongles (Even thouggh it says it does in the readme)

Cheers

Billy

Mine worked fine for 6 months but now when I try to connect it shuts down the computer.  The box and paperwork went ages ago.
