Myaccount doesn't show correct usage

Since VF redesigned the Account summary page - the following page showing current usage has not been correct. I topped up a couple of times in the last 2 weeks with a £10 1GB data pack.

The usage after both topups just showed as 0.01GB and hasn't moved.

Will this ever be corrected?

Make sure you have the latest mobile broadband software running on your PC or laptop.

 

If you still experience the same issue having done this, we'll need to look into this for you.
