New MiFi problem

Hi.

I bought a MiFi from the Vodafone store in Edinburgh today. The 3G model, not the 4G one.

I've charged it, set it up, connected my iPad to it and all, but I can't seem to access anything on the internet, other than the vodafone account pages.

It *should* come with 1Gb of data before the need to top up, but it is behaving as if I need to top up in order to use the thing.

Also, when logged  into MyVodafone it just says "Sorry there seems to be a problem" under the 'what you've used' heading.

 

Do I need to 'activate' the thing in any way in order to use the 1Gb of data I should have?

 

Or is there a problem with the system/network at the moment?

I’m sorry to hear of the problems you’ve had with this.

 

Is everything working now?

 

If not, try clearing your cache and cookies. If this doesn't fix, try accessing your My Vodafone account in another browser.
