No internet in France, despite getting 4G signal and EU roaming turned on

Hi, I'm in Paris for a couple of days and it would be really helpful to have mobile broadband to help find my way around! Mobile Internet has worked in other countries on this phone before, but for some reason it's not working here. I'm subscribed to EuroTraveller and can recieve calls and texts fine.

Using an iPhone 5S and ios 8.1.3, with roaming and EU data turned on. Every page I try to go on gives me the attached page. Please help, knowing where I'm going with maps would be so helpful!

And the error page I'm getting apparently says "Mobile settings do not allow access to the Internet. To continue browsing, you just have to change them."

You need to turn EU Internet off. It doesn't do what you think and confuses a lot of people.
