Removing Content Control

Hello,

I need to remove the content control from my mobile broadband but I am unable to do so via the web-site which keeps saying 'sorry this will be fixed soon.' I have had the same message appear for about 3 months now!

Please can someone offer assistance,

If u have another Vodafone phone u can do via 191(if u have a debit/credit card), or it can easily be removed in a Vodafone shop (if u look old enough/have ID) ....alternatively one of the guys from here will probably contact u later to look into it for you

Dialling 191 doesn't work. I put the sim card from my dongle into a mobile and couldn't dial/text or anything

As the mobile broadband SIM cards are provisioned for data only calls to 191 would not work. You can find out all of the available methods on how to remove content control on our Top 10 Vodafone Questions.
