I've topped up £20 and again as it's previously happened yourselves have took £2 of my credit disallowing me to have my freedom freebie again!! It's becoming abit of a joke and I refuse to top up a further £20 as this is not my fault, I can't phone yourselves as the number you claim to be free isn't so what am I supposed to do??
