Unable to top up R206 mifi

I bought a R206 mobile wi-fi in Portugal in September 2013 to access the web during my three week stay and bought top ups at a local electrical store. I have just returned to Portugal, tried to top up again but my Vodafone number was rejected. Could my account have expired/been deactivated? If so, how do I get it working again?

If it’s on a Vodafone Portugal number, you’ll need to check with them to see if the number has expired.

We can only view Vodafone UK accounts.

As the number would only be for data, I’d check with Vodafone Portugal if you can just get another new data SIM to put in your current device.

Problem solved. Had to buy new sim as old one had expired.
