Good evening, I have seemed to have used nearly all of my broadband usage and need to use it? I had a call saying I wasn't using nowhere near the amount I had and they would lower it,however it now seems that this isn't true? Can I revert back to my old bundle??? I have tried emailing customer services but no response If someone could reply soon it would be appreciated as I have work emails etc that I need to access Kind regards Tinks

Hi tinks31,

In this instance, i wqould probably suggest that you ring your customer services team, as they will be able to confirm what usage you have had so far, and when your allowance runs from and to.  If you need to change your allowance to a larger amount, they should be able to do that for you immediately, however, it will be pro-rated for the remainder of the allowance period.

 

To contact them, you can dial 191 from a Vodafone phone, or 07836191191 from any other handset.
