I have an R207 mobile wifi router which I bought to work with my ipad. it has nver worked since i bought it on 5th april, i have called tech support many times who could not help

i have visited vodaphone shops x 2 who could not get it or other r207 to work with my ipad, i have been onto apple to see if there is a problem with the ipad, they assure me that my ipad is fine, why can i not get the router to work, the ipad sees it in the settings however does not connect.help

Please check our Mobile Broadband troubleshooting guide. The points there cover Mobile WiFi too.

Have tried all help pages and on line chat, seems no one can help me, now I just want to return it and get a refund..
How do I do this..thanks
