4G data very slow EC4Y (St Pauls) and Liverpool Street London area

I have noticed yesterday and again this morning that the data is extremely slow in EC4Y St Pauls and Liverpool Street London area. Yesterday it was also slow in the suburbs where I live. What is going on as using the internet or anything requiring data is a very frustrating experience at the moment. My work colleagues have also reported similar frustrations.

Post Title: 'First half of post code - Area' e.g. ST1 – Stoke-on-Trent

 

1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service? Don't know - EC4Y is my work location. It seemed ok in RM3 this morning though

 

2) What is the full postcode (e.g. ST1 1AA) of where the issue occurs? EC4Y 0DZ

 

3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone?

Don't know, no access to another phone

 

4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs?

Data/internet usage on smartphone is poor. Since 27/2/17 seems to be very sluggish/slow

 

5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all?

4G (I wouldn't ever consider trying to use internet/data on anything other than 4G as the speed is not good enough)

    

6) When did you first notice this issue?

7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs?

Seems permanent

We have a number of network issues in this area and are working to fix them now.

Thanks, hopefully it's not a red herring but suddenly in the last few minutes things have rapidly improved. Will continue to monitor it
