1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service?

Yes, Approx 3miles until service is restored

 

2) What is the full postcode (e.g. ST1 1AA) of where the issue occurs? If you don't want this showing on the Community, add it to your profile here.

Area is a stretch of trunk road, between AB54 6AR and AB52 6TR

 

3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone?

Phone and SIM work in other locations therefore not the cause of the issue.

 

4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs?

Voice call dropped and redial fails. Phone indicates a connection with 0 bars or no connection with searching icon.

 

5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all?

All

 

6) When did you first notice this issue?

 28/06/2017

 

7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs?

Issue was present at around 19:00 on 28/6 and still present at 07:30 on 29/6

@Nabs Both serving sites for the postcodes provided look at be working correctly - I've also had a look at some others within the area and haven't come across a fault. 

If it's still happening, we'll raise a case with our Network engineers to have a closer look into this. :smileyhappy:

I'll reply to the PM shortly but here's a map of the affected stretch of road:

When heading south the connection drops at A and isn't regained until B.
Heading north it drops at C and doesn't pick up again until A.
