Reposted as you decided my last username, although accurate, breached your guidelines so post was deleted.

 

1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service?

 At home (see full postcode) - am trying to work so not going to travel to test your network for you

2) What is the full postcode (e.g. ST1 1AA) of where the issue occurs? If you don't want this showing on the Community, add it to your profile here.

3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone?

 Affects 3 different phones with 3 different Vodafone SIMS - iPhone 6, Sony and corporate Blackberry

4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs?

 Call failure messages and texts undelivered. No emails via Blackberry

5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all?

    Can make calls occasionally if phones are manually set to 2G only

6) When did you first notice this issue?

 19/4/17 lunchtime

7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs?

@User1904 - I’ve checked the coverage in your area and you should get good 2G, however 3G and 4G are mostly outdoors only. 

Your local site (14981) looks to be performing fine.

As this is due to general coverage and not a fault, you could buy a Sure Signal to use at home as this would provide you with 3G.
