1) Issue happens just at this location 

 

2) BT34 3SF

 

3) Issue occurs regardless of phone the sim is put in - we have 5 vodafone sims at this address - none are working

 

4) Unable to connect to Vodafone network

 Happens on all.

    

6) Happening since Wednesday evening

 

7) Issue is permanent

Hi

 

Looking at your postcode your local masts are reporting as ok but zooming out their has been some maintenance work. This can affect local masts if Vodafone are re routing network traffic. 

 

It can take a few days extra for masts to fully settle. 

 

"We've been doing some work on our network in this area to improve your calls, texts and data coverage. Sorry if you noticed any disruption - we were working between 8am 23 Mar 2017 and 6pm 23 Mar 2017.~"
