1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service?

Only in local area- service OK about 2 miles away, towards central Cambridge

Full post code is CB40DS 

 

3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone?

Al least 6 Voda handsets affected (all our company phones are Voda)- only checked 6, so not a handset issue.

Normally 4G 4 bars, now constantly HSDPA/no network, 

 

4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs?

No longer getting 4G, only H+ or 2G

 

5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all?

4G failing

    

6) When did you first notice this issue?

20th June

 

7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs?

Now permanantly bad.

@CaptKremmen - It looks like your local site (31752) is having a few issues at the moment.

So we can look into this further, I’ve sent you a private message with instructions on how to get in touch.

Minor update- phones seems to be hopping between several cell IDs (all HSDPA). Short IDs are
