1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service?

Happens at home. DN4 area. Unsure how far I have to go to regain use. Works in mexborough where I work.

Yes


4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs?

Nothing loads. Internet is unusable. 


5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all?
3G & 4G. Have not tried 2G. If usage is limited to 2G you shouldn't charge so much for your plans. 


6) When did you first notice this issue?
I first messaged about it via twitter in January 2017. Have messaged continuously since then. 5 months is unacceptable when I pay for a service. 

 

7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs?

intermittent. Haven't noticed a pattern.

@Beckyylouiseee - The 3G and 4G coverage in your area should be good and your local sites all look to be performing fine.

Are the problems you’re having occurring indoors or outdoors?

As this is intermittent, how often approximately, do you notice this (daily, a few times a week/month etc)?
