LD8 2AF Loss of coverage

Coverage usually quite reasonable here, but completely gone for last 24 hours at least.  This also happened about 31st March for 48 hours.  No problems mentioned on Network Status page. Tried 2 different mobile devices - no coverage on either.

Yes, have to go about 4 miles for phones to work

 

2) What is the full postcode 

LD8 2AF

 

3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone?

Yes

 

4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs?

No signal

 

5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all?

2G

6) When did you first notice this issue?

25 April am

 

7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs?

 Permanent since then.  Also happened for 48 hours on about 31st March 2017
