LL27 - No Vodafone Signal in the Conwy Valley

1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service?

We have always received a signal in our house but recently received texts saying that the masts in the area were being upgraded. We then received a text to say the work has been completed. Since then the signal has been non existent or intermittent at best. 

 

2) The full post code is LL27 0JH

 

3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone?

Neither my phone or my wife's phone will find a vodafone signal

 

4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs?

Phone says 'No service - emergency calls only. If you search for a network in settings EE, O2 and 3 all show as available but not Vodafone

 

5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all?

We do not receive any signal

    

6) When did you first notice this issue?

Issue first occured on Monday 6th February. I had an 'online chat' with Abdul. He could not 'fix' the issue, said it would take 2 days to be sorted. The signal came back the following day when I was travelling to mid Wales. It was OK Wednesda, Thursday but has now disappeared again.

 

7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs?

When it goes it goes for a period of time (day)

@nwinks @cmboyd It looks like there may be a potential issue with your 2G serving site (1070).
