 It happens in my home only

no other phone but if outside no signal problems

 no errors

5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all?

    all

6) When did you first notice this issue?

 always been a low signal BUT lately been no signal at all

7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs?

 permanent low signal or no signal

@bushnallnep I've checked your local serving site (79913) and it's performing as expected.

As you've mentioned this only happens inside your house, this could be due to the build type. For example, if your house is made up of thick stone walls, this will affect the indoor coverage.
