No signal

No signal for ten weeks. No help. No customer service. Totally fed up. Cancelling direct debit. All my neighbours having ssme trouble. Disgrace. AB389SD  apparently nothing wrong according to online checker. Well listen to your customers because there is a problem.

You can register for updates there.

 

If you do cancel your DD you must still pay your bill by some other means or you will be at fault and if you miss payments your credit rating will be affected. Whilst I sympathise with your problems its always best to keep paying then apply for a refund once the issue is resolved.

@Cauntr I've check your local serving site (6466) and can see that it was experiencing a fault.
