Poor signal yesterday and today no 4G nor voice. 2 separate SIMs same issue but no incidents logged on VF website
please help

We have the same problem in OX15 Shenington. I was enjoying the introduction of 4G and 4 weeks ago I recieved text messages to tell me my Sure Signal was being switched off as I wasn't using it. The past week it has been almost impossible to make calls or receive data. I called tonight to reactivate the Sure Signal and I'm told there is work going on locally - nothing on the netweork cjecker about this.....
